Major Skills Development is dedicated to helping each player improve his/her hockey skills.  In order to achieve this, we focus on the 3 O’s…On-ice, Off-ice, On-your-own.

Unlike many sports, the ability to practice on the playing surface is not always an option.  Look at any player who has ever gone far in hockey…what they do on the ice during practice is a very small part of reaching their fullest potential.    This is why we teach not only skills development on the ice, but also how to do it off-ice, leading ultimately to an intrinsic motivation to do it on your own.
